Envision team grows

We ramp up our impact with two new appointments - Head of Programmes and Impact and National Programme Manager

Envision welcomes two new recruits to our growing Central team this first quarter. Chanel Noel brings to Envision a wealth of experience as our new Head of Programmes and Impact. Chanel has dedicated her career to working with young people, specifically those who face additional socio-economic barriers to success, both in school and in other educational settings. She spent six years in challenging schools in London and Birmingham teaching and leading both the religious education and PHSCE departments to outstanding success. Her role at Envision is to ensure best practice at all programme levels including safeguarding and positive outcomes for young people across our regions. Chanel is passionate about music; specifically playing the piano and singing, and is a keen traveller. We're excited to have Chanel onboard!

Micaela Linnane is Envision’s new National Programme Manager. She is responsible for our newest school programme, a partnership with The Co-Op Academies Trust in the north of England. Micaela has worked in educational youth services and programme management throughout her career, both nationally and internationally. Prior to joining Envision, Micaela set up and delivered a youth social action programme in five London boroughs with a reach of 2000 young people. Outside of work, Micaela loves to travel, bake and hike – so aside from the experience she brings, we are all looking forward to some sweet treats in the office soon!

We would like to welcome both Chanel and Micaela to the team and we look forward to introducing you to them soon.
