Vacancy - Programme Co-ordinator; Bristol

Due to technical difficulties, we believe that some applications may not have been receieved (as at Friday 19 July) so we are extending the deadline for this role and would ask all applicants, including anyone who has applied to date (up to Friday 19 July), to resend their application directly to the recruiting manager, Ben Harding, at ben.harding@envision.org.uk.

If variety is what you seek at work, then this role ticks the box. As a Programme Co-ordinator at Envision you’ll develop your programme and relationship management skills, whilst retaining hands-on work with young people.

You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of our senior Community-Apprentice programme in five secondary schools, supporting teams of young people to develop their confidence and skills by empowering them to tackle the issues that matter most to them.

You’ll take the lead in organising cross-school events, ensuring that they inspire young people to explore issues and develop techniques to run successful campaigns. Your excellent organisation skills will come to the fore organising three cross-school challenges throughout the year.

You’ll hone your facilitation skills in weekly group activities for all your teams along with workshops delivered with volunteers from our partner business.

As well as working directly with young people and volunteers, you’ll manage relationships with the business partners supporting your schools and link teachers.

You’ll relish responsibility and want to take ownership of your project, whilst enjoying being part of a supportive network of peers doing similar roles across three cities.
