Vacancy: Envision Coach, London and Bristol

We offer young people the opportunity to develop themselves whilst helping others.  So too for those on our formal traineeship programme.

This structured programme, which runs from the 27th September 2021- June 2022, offers successful candidates the opportunity to

  • make a difference for young people by helping them to tackle wider problems in society
  • develop a range of skills in facilitation, programme management and stakeholder relations

The only difference is that, unlike our young people, you get paid!

Our Envision Coaches are our front-line delivery team: each of them responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of our programmes in around 5 schools.

With real responsibility comes real reward. You will get to see young people grow in confidence and know that this is down to the opportunities you have created for them.

Each term you will support five small groups of 13 young people, facilitating group activities (one session a day) to support them to identify a charity they want to support and organise a range of projects to raise awareness and funds in their school and supporter business.

Through our training programme (including a residential) and coaching we will support you to develop your skills working with young people, including virtual delivery.  You’ll develop your organisation and problem-solving skills whilst co-ordinating activity between schools, businesses and charities as well as by organising fun and inspiring cross-school events.

Many of our Envision Coaches progress within the organisation beyond their fixed term contract.

The post is offered at the National Living Wage (currently £17,290 per annum ( £19,747 for London), pro rata, plus appropriate travel card.

Location:The role is based from our London or Bristol office, with travel to schools and businesses across the relevant regions. You will receive an appropriate travel card during delivery times.
