Key Stage 5 Programme Manager - London

Rosie’s Envision journey began in 2015 when she joined the team as a volunteer supporting weekly sessions with young people in a Camden school. She loved Envision so much she banged on our door until we took her on full-time! After a year supporting 16-17-year olds in schools across London and managing our stakeholder relationships as a Programme Co-ordinator, she is now the KS5 Programme Manager overseeing two Envision Coaches who deliver our London programme as well as supporting the Programme Co-ordinators in Bristol and Birmingham, too. If that isn’t enough, Rosie also runs all of our Business Mentor sessions in the Capital and has recently been busy rewriting our curriculum to include Envision’s newest skill, creativity.

In a past life, Rosie had a successful career as a Publicity Manager in the publishing world, but she left to pursue a more fulfilling path which allowed her to give back to local young people in her city.

When she’s not at Envision, Rosie can be found tinkering away on her beloved Dutch barge on the River Thames, where she lives with her boyfriend and two cats. She is constantly coming up with her own social action project ideas and wishes that there was a Community-Apprentice programme for adults!

The best thing about working at Envision (aside from great staff!) is how rewarding it is to see, and contribute to, the development of young people. Seeing their passion and drive to make real change in their local communities gives me hope for humanity!
