Ele is our Programme Manager in Bristol, she has been with us since the Summer of 2013 when she volunteered as an office intern on Student Hub’s Ethical Internship Scheme.

During her degree at the University of Bristol Ele discovered a love of social action running clothes swaps and mental health campaigns on campus. After her summer internship with us Ele became a volunteer and after she graduated joined us as an intern delivering Community-Apprentice across Bristol. During a short break from Envision Ele worked on other youth programmes including National Citizen Service, Inspiring Equality in Education and Anti-Hate Crime Ambassadors. She came back to the team in September 2016 via a trip to explore jungles and temples in South East Asia.

Ele is passionate about helping people to build on their strengths to reach their full potential. Outside of work Ele also volunteers befriending adults with mental health issues at a local city farm and runs resilience workshops for young people.

What I love most about delivering Community-Apprentice is seeing both the young people and their business mentors learning from one another and working together to reach the common goal of making a difference in Bristol.”
