We do not collect personally identifiable information from people entering the public areas of the Envision Website (i.e. those areas where we have not asked you to login). All we do is gather aggregated data relating to the useage of the Envision Website (i.e. number of visitors). We may also record the location of your computer on the Internet.
Once you have registered as a volunteer with Envision, we will collect and store your registration details. We will only use this information to operate and enhance our Service to you.
We may send you emails with information about volunteering with Envision and the Envision programme. Unless we obtain your consent first, we will not use your personal information to market goods and services of third parties nor will we disclose your personal information to third parties for this purpose. We may disclose your personal information, where we are required to do so by law or by a regulator or law enforcement agency.
If you do not wish us to use your personal information you must notify us by e-mail to vision@envision.org.uk, however, this may mean that we cannot provide the Services to you.
If, during or incidental to your use of the Envision Website, you hold, store, process or otherwise use information relating to any individual, you are responsible for obtaining the consent of any individual to all such use or otherwise complying with relevant data protection law or regulation. You will indemnify us and hold us harmless against any loss we may suffer as a result of your breach or any alleged breach of any such data protection law or regulation by any third party.
