Envision acknowledged in Positive for Youth report

The cross-governmental report Positive for Youth was published today and feature two Envision case studies.

The statement brings together all the Government's policies for young people and represents contributions from nine different Government departments.

Envision was highlighted for the way our programmes help young people gain transferrable skills and strengthen community cohesion. The report says "The Government welcomes their efforts to work in partnership with local authorities, businesses, and local communities to expand this kind of opportunity for young people."

The report also features the Truth about Youth programme which Envision deliver in partnership with The Co-operative Group. The programme was highlighted for the way it enables young people to speak out on issues that concern them, how it encourages them to shape their own lives and be positive influences in the lives of their peers.
