Good Jobs for Interns

As we look forward to the start of the next academic year, we are delighted to welcome a new intake of interns to our offices across the UK.

The Envision Internship is a key part of the way we work, and we are very proud to have the scheme recognised by the London Health Commission. They have shortlisted the internship as one of their 'Good Jobs' to recognise the support and responsibility interns are given right from the start and the benefits that has for the whole organisation.

According to the London Health Commission, "Employers who offer good jobs are consultative, supportive and flexible, creating conditions in which their people can succeed and thrive at work. The result is a healthier workforce and a more profitable, high performing and productive workplace."

We also held a very successful business breakfast in June to share what we have learned in five years of working with interns with other businesses.

As we all get to know Kate, Karen, Emma, Behla, Rebecca, Florelle, Julia and Rachel, we hope they will have a great experience working with Envision and an exciting year supporting even more young people to make a difference.
