A New Chief Executive
Envision is very excited to announce that we will be welcoming Andrew Dick as our new Chief Executive, effective of March 15th 2010.
Andrew joins Envision at a time of great change as Nick Nielsen, the last of the four founders who created Envision in 2000, steps down from his role as Director to take a seat on the Trustee Board. In addition 2010 sees Envision’s continuing expansion on a national scale. After opening a third office in Leeds in summer 2009, Envision Bristol will be operational as of summer 2010, with a fifth regional office in a location to be confirmed opening the following year.
Before joining Envision, Andrew spent six years at TimeBank, a national volunteering charity. During his time there Andrew played a key role in establishing a number of innovative volunteering programmes. These include Time Together, a £3.6m nationwide refugee mentoring scheme and Volunteer to Win, a highly successful volunteer recruitment campaign as part of the London bid for the 2012 Olympic Games.
As Envision looks to engage more corporate partners and deliver a wider range of services, Andrew’s time at Confederation of British Industry as a Senior Policy Advisor on Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility will be of huge benefit. Andrew has also previously worked as an economic development consultant.
We're all very excited to work with Andrew and wish him a warm welcome to the Envision family!
