Envision seeks new Chief Executive

After 10 years of making a difference through our youth-led empowerment programmes, Envision has reached an immensely exciting time. We are in the process of recruiting for a new Chief Executive.

We are looking for a very special person to lead Envision. They will be responsible for a team of 30 staff, hundreds of volunteers, five offices around the country (by 2012), and supporting thousands of young people around the country.

Our ‘Someone Special’ must have proven experience of senior management with a passion of working with young people, have superb people skills and be an inspirational leader. They should excel at big picture strategic thinking, be confident in financial management and knowledgeable in all things funding related This role is a challenging one but it is also immensely rewarding.
