  Bristol kicks off a new year with a welcome event at The Future Inn

  The carnival came to town to celebrate young volunteers impact on their local neighbourhoods.
• Lord Mayor joins Envision in celebrating young volunteers in Bristol (pdf, 15kb)
  This year Envision has supported 200 young volunteers in Bristol who in turn have dedicated over 3,000 hours to helping out in their local community.

  Envision teams in Birmingham took part in the ultimate scavenger hunt in Birmingham City Centre. The event was part of the Truth about Youth programme Envision are running in partnership with The Co-Operative Foundation.

  10 Bristol schools will be taking part in Global is Local on 3rd March at Bristol University Student union. The event will explore a range of global issues and how young people can contribute at a local level.

  Seven Envision Teams pitch their ideas for community projects to a panel of top business Dragons at Pitch 4 Change 2010.

  A panel of experts fielded questions from young people about their place in the Big Society as part of The Kick Off at Villa Park.

  240 new London Leaders for sustainability came together at City Hall on the 12th November and really raised the roof.

  Envision officially launches in Bristol with our first event, bringing over 100 young people together to make a difference.

  A team from Bruntcliffe School in Leeds braved the cold to sleep out in their school car park for a night, to raise money and awareness for a local homeless shelter.

  Envision volunteer Steve Holloway was invited to the House of Commons to collect a Kids Count Inspiration Award for 'Best Mentor' having supported over 100 young people in the last five years.
• Heard about Third? Birmingham (pdf, 133Kb) Envision Birmingham teamed up with the University of Birmingham's Third Sector Research Centre to host an event themed around the Third Sector. 100 young people offered their views on the third sector whilst gaining valuable employability skills.
