Theo is V Inspiring!

Envision Grad Theo Williams was among the young volunteers being recognised by youth volunteering organisation v at their first annual awards ceremony, held at the indig02 in London last night.

v asked the general public to vote for outstanding young volunteers under categories such as Energy, Bridge (for bringing communities together) and Fresh (for best new volunteer). Theo had already been selected as the best young volunteer in London in his category, Eco, and made it through to the last three alongside two other regional winners.

The ceremony was hosted by Jameela Jamil of T4 and James Redmond of Hollyoaks, and featured performances from Tinchy Stryder and Gabriella Cilmi. Gordon Brown even sent a message of support to all the young volunteers present and asked them to tell more people about why they volunteer, aiming to get just one friend to join them.

Even though Theo narrowly missed out of one of the chunky v awards, to make it to the last three in the country is a brilliant achievement - congratulations Theo!
