2morro - The London Summer Ceremony

What a fantastic event! Envision students joined young people from dozens of other youth organisations to learn, share and debate the issue of climate change. The students really made an impact, whether it was making their climate pledges and helping to send a message to the delegates at the Copenhagen Climate Conference, writing new apps and programmes, documenting the day on video or speaking up in the Debating Chamber.

Students also collected their Envision certificates on behalf of their school teams, and a couple of students who had worked especially hard received their individual awards. Students also joined in story-telling and yoga workshops, and created impressive models and outfits out of newspaper. Overall it was a really successful day, with plenty of opportunity for students to take action and plan their next move.
