No Smoking Day

No Smoking Day will take place on Wednesday the 14th March 2012. No Smoking Day is the UK's leading health campaign for smokers who want to stop.

Established in 1983, No Smoking Day works to support smokers who want to quit. Raising awareness of the day, which takes place on the second Wednesday in March every year, highlights the many sources of help available for quitters.
