Corporate Volunteer Challenges with Envision
Volunteer Challenges are dynamic, practical activities that are completed by teams of employee volunteers in partnership with young people from their local communities. Volunteers work together to tackle an issue which is of real significance to the community, improving their team-work skills in the process.
Teams of employee volunteers are challenged to ‘Make the Biggest Difference’ they can by participating in an intergenerational volunteering experience with young people which lasts for either half a day or a full day. You can choose an Off The Shelf Challenge, which has been designed by Envision, or a Bespoke Challenge to fulfill more specific needs.
Examples of Make a Difference Challenge projects include:
- Volunteering at a local youth club, supporting positive activities for young people
- Eco scavenger hunt
- Mentoring young people on project planning
- City Farm projects
