Our dynamic corporate engagement programme offers you a range of rewarding opportunities which enable your business and employees to engage with your local community. Projects can be tailored to tie into the ongoing Envision programme or be designed as bespoke activities to fulfil your needs.
Envision’s unique and innovative work with young people has won several awards. We are able to facilitate direct engagement with young people as part of our services & programmes.

- Corporate Social Responsibility: We can help you to put your CSR/Community policy into practice by engaging with young people in your communities. We work with you and schools to develop a project which significantly benefits both the school and your employees.
- Employee Engagement: We work with your colleagues to help them identify issues in their communities that they would like to tackle in a practical and effective way. This contributes to staff retention and pride and also links well into Human Resources departments’ initiative.
- Learning & Development: Providing employees with the opportunity to volunteer enables them to develop key skills ranging from facilitation to communication and presentation.
Projects:
- Youth Community Engagement: We will work with you to develop a project which will benefit young people in your community and provide a meaningful experience for employees.
- Mentoring/Coaching: Since 2000 we have been training people on how to engage, mentor and support young people. We have won GoldStar Status from the Cabinet Office for our methods and techniques.
- Share Your Talent: We are always looking for businesses who want to share their talents with the young people we work with and help to develop the workforce of the future. This project entails facilitating team visits to your offices to inspire young people to aim high whilst developing their confidence.
