Trustee vacancy (strategy and development)

Britain has a deep social mobility problem.  This not only limits the contribution that individuals can make to the economy and wider society, but it is also unfair.  We want to change this.

We believe that young people from more disadvantaged backgrounds often have less opportunity to develop the social confidence, personal efficacy and other skills that are characteristic of successful adults.

Schools can help fill this gap for these young people, but they need access to proven models to do so.  We have one, but we need help to scale it. 

Envision has a young and talented staff base who are brilliant at working with young people and producing outcomes, but we need to develop our trustee board to complement this with business experience and senior level networks.

We are seeking a new development trustee who would love the challenge of supporting the organisation to develop and deliver its growth strategy.

You will be passionate about social mobility and education and willing to be a proactive ambassador for our work to raise our profile, particularly among high net-worth individuals and those at a senior level in the corporate community.
