Phillip Kerry Director (Operations) phil@envision.org.uk A former Mathematics teacher Phillip has been with the organisation for over three years. He has been working with young people for almost ten years in formal and informal education settings including work with youth offenders, children with emotional and behavioural difficulties and a two year stint working in Eritrea with VSO as a teacher and trainer. As well as his role looking after Envision’s finances, human resources and governance, Phil looks after our consultancy work which has seen him provide training and delivering talks for a wide variety of businesses and public sector bodies and non-governmental organisations |

Emma Bird Her previous roles have included working in higher education to increase wider participation, supporting social enterprise start ups and young entrepreneurs, campaigning for better services for the homeless and leading the communication activity for the national secretariat of the Regional Assemblies. |

Laura Hampson Laura joined Envision from a CSR consultancy where her clients included companies such as Prudential, Friends Life and Roche Products. She has experience across all aspects of CSR, with a particular interest in employee engagement. Laura also understands the practicalities of working for a charity, having delivered projects to support long-term unemployed young people back into work. |

Lizzie Monks Lizzie previously worked as a corporate events manager, with a client list including Deloitte, Morgan Stanley and Ernst & Young, and she utilises this experience in organising corporate events at Envision. |

Zoë Fishel Development Officer zoe@envision.org.uk She helps ensure our work remains relevant to the needs of young people and wider society. With a passion for social policy, she is responsible for research, but her background in hands-on programme delivery makes her well placed to link policy and practice. She keeps us all on track, ensuring our creativity and innovation clearly sits within a framework which links needs to outcomes. Zoe also leads on our work with trusts and foundations, developing proposals which reflect specific areas of interest and enabling donors to understand the impact of their support. |

Cameron Nimmo Regional Manager - Birmingham cameron@envision.org.uk Cameron manages the Birmingham Team and oversees all of Envision’s activities across the city which include our schools and colleges programme, large scale events, developing new partnerships and spreading the word about the inspiring young people we work with. Cam loves inspiring the Brum team to have the biggest impact in the city as possible, putting on great events for young people and meeting new people. Anneka Deva As well as this, Anneka supports on Envision’s events, giving the people of Birmingham first-hand experience of the amazing things young people do in their city. When she’s not at Envision, Anneka can be found life-drawing, watching a TED talk, or exploring Brum’s many cafes, galleries and gig venues. |

Emma Jarvis As well as supporting teams, Emma is interested in raising the profile of Envision Birmingham online through blogs and Twitter to get the word out there about the fantastic things our young people are up to. Outside Envision Emma has been campaigning with Oxfam for the past 3 years and has just joined the Birmingham Friends of The Earth group. |

Tim Knappett Having set up and run a football coaching academy last summer, he knows how to make sessions lively, fun and engaging and is hoping to take this to his school teams. Away from Envision he can be found on a court, a pitch or wandering around cities admiring the sites. |

Rebecca Simms Envision Coordinator - Bristol rebecca@envision.org.uk Rebecca is supporting Gemma to set up the new Bristol Office, organising delivery of the Envision Schools and Colleges programme and helping Envision become a household name. On top of this she is responsible for recruiting and training volunteers in Bristol and supporting them throughout their whole Envision experience. Clare Walden Clare has some great experience creating fun and exciting campaigns which she's looking forward to sharing this year. Her proudest achievement is crossing the Sahara in a fruit truck but this year you'll be more likely to find her at a festival or gig |

Lydia Parnell She has an MA in Development Management and loads of experience working with young people in a wide range of roles, including working for BROOK and the IOE. This means she can draw from a wealth of ideas and experience when supporting our young people; making sure that every project is a huge success. Her proudest achievement was raising and investing £2000 in a rural Kenyan school. |
