Diana Baden Hellard


Diana has been an HR Director for several large media companies, most recently for a division of United Business Media, which had 1,500 employees in Europe, the USA and the Far East. As well as being responsible for all HR functions, she managed external and internal communications. She is a trained facilitator of management decision-making, helping senior teams to grapple with complex business challenges.

In a previous role, Diana was part of the launch team of one of the leading magazines for personnel managers, so combining her professional skills with publishing activity. 

Closer to home, Diana has been HR consultant to the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts and is also a trustee for a sexual abuse advisory centre. She joined Envision as a trustee in 2012, and brings experience and understanding of high performing management teams, as well as practical advice on HR people issues.

As a mother of two teenagers, I am enthused about what Envision does for their generation and have been hugely impressed with the energy and commitment of the Envision team. I also know that, just like any other successful organisation, a charity needs to operate with professionalism and clear thinking and am very pleased to be able to make a contribution to that.
